Prior to becoming an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Alissa spent nearly 2 decades in the fitness industry helping hundreds of people live healthy lifestyles through fitness. Alissa’s passion now lies in preventative health, and she is committed to providing her patients with support and education so they too can live healthy happy lives free from chronic disease. Alissa has a simplistic and realistic approach to her practice and believes in developing individualised strategies which empower her patients to make lifelong and sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.

Chloe has graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours). Her research project brought her closer to understanding the barriers that food insecurity plays in health, and is passionate about making a change. Her approach to dietetics is that you are your own expert, and her role is to support your goals and strengths. She does this through evidence-based care and individualised planning.
In her free time, she enjoys new baking endeavours, various social sports, and sewing projects.

Molly graduated from the University of Queensland completing a Bachelor of Health Science with a Major in Nutrition and furthered her studies with a Masters of Dietetics.

She is a compassionate and holistic practitioner with over 5 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings, supporting the health of clients of all ages, from early childhood to late adulthood.

Sophie graziani
Sophie graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has a passion for empowering others, as well as optimising one’s health. The combination of these passions lead her to want to become a Dietitian, and she strives to help people through their health challenges and to become the healthiest versions of themselves every day.
As an accredited Sports Dietitian, Sophie also has a strong interest in sport and performance nutrition, which stems from her background in competitive athletics and touch football. Sophie loves being able to provide individualised nutrition plans for optimising performance, and completing skinfold assessments to track body composition outcomes.

Todd Josefski
Todd graduated from UQ with a Masters of Dietetics Studies and a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences. He has been with Healthy Lifestyles now for more than 5 years!
Sports is originally what sparked Todd’s interest in nutrition, when he discovered how food can benefit performance, which lead to a deep passion of discovering the health benefits of food. Todd believes that the greatest part of his job as a dietitian is seeing people live a happier, healthier life through food.
Todd considers himself a generalist in Dietetics and enjoys dealing with a wide range of nutrition related health issues such as; Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Malnutrition, General Healthy Eating, Gut Health, IBS, Diverticular/Diverticulitis Disease, Nutrient Deficiencies such as Iron Deficiency, PCOS, Mental Health, Paediatrics, Sleep Apnoea, Label Reading and Disabilities through the NDIS.

YIRONG ZHANG
Yirong graduated from the University of Queensland with a Master of Dietetics Studies. In addition to being a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian, Yirong holds a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness. Before stepping into the dietetics field, she supported individuals in achieving their health and wellbeing goals by working as a personal trainer. Her lived experience in experimenting with various dietetics myths has fuelled her passion for studying nutrition and dietetics and delivering evidence-based education.
Yirong's approach to dietetics emphasises that dietary management can be enjoyable and easy. She is dedicated to providing client-centred support with holistic consideration of individuals’ dietary preferences, cultural backgrounds, and lifestyle.
In her free time, Yirong enjoys exploring different cuisines, visiting beaches, and engaging in strength training.

Exercise Physiologists
DEB FELLOWES
Deb Fellowes is an Exercise Physiologist with over 25 years experience. She graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Human Movement Science, and a second major in Occupational Health and Safety. She specializes in chronic pain and hydrotherapy, and has previously worked in multidisciplinary pain programs in the private and public sector, and provides services to WorkCover Qld and NSW, job networks, private insurers, Medicare, NDIS and Department of Veteran Affairs. Deb also has worked with a number of universities including Griffith, USQ and Bond.
Currently, Deb is interested in the impact and outcome of transcranial stimulation when treating fibromyalgia patients and optimising ECT outcomes. She continues to review current research and mental health interventions for daily implementation with her patients, with a focus on self compassion.
Outside of work, Deb is always up for talking about anything sport related. She is currently training for a 24 hour endurance walk to raise funds and awareness for support of returned veterans.

Lachlan McKenzie
Lachie graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. He is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential through exercise and movement. Lachie strives to bring novelty and enjoyment to his clients’ program to keep them inspired and achieve positive outcomes. With two years of hands-on experience across a broad range of ages, conditions, and client goals, he excels in guiding clients one-on-one and in groups. Lachie prides himself on his empathy, enthusiasm, integrity, a solid work ethic and commitment to others' well-being. He firmly believes in the significant role exercise plays in maintaining balance in one's' mental and physical health.
In his free time, Lachie enjoys getting outdoors surfing, hiking, or playing sport with mates and family.

MATTHEW MILLER
Matthew graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science with majors in Clinical Physiology. He has worked in research settings within large organisations including the University of QLD and QLD Health facilities such as the Greenslopes Public Hospital. His clinical roles have primarily been based in the Warwick area providing professional exercise services to clients referred by General Practitioners (GPs). Matthew is highly motivated and enjoys seeing his patients achieve noticeable and meaningful results with their physical and mental health.
Matthew has experience working with federally funded models of care, and is knowledgeable in the areas of cardiovascular (Heart Disease, Hypertension, Heart Failure), Metabolic (Diabetes, Obesity, etc), Musculoskeletal (Injury rehab and prevention, Work-cover, muscle tears, strains), Pulmonary (COPD, Asthma, Emphysema, Asbestosis), Chronic Pain and general physical health

STUART BARTLETT
Stuart has a Mater’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and an honours degree in Human Movement Science, specialising in Biokenetics/Orthopaedic Rehabilitation. He has been an Exercise Physiologist working in the industry for the last 10 years in both Australia and South Africa. Because of this, his level of experience and knowledge speaks for itself.
He is friendly and approachable and enjoys having a good laugh to keep consultations enjoyable. He can write exercise programs for numerous chronic health conditions (e.g. Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Arthritis, Asthma, etc.) and physical mobility restrictions. Travis crichton
Travis is a passionate and dedicated Exercise Physiologist with a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness through physical activity and exercise. With a background in exercise science, personal training, group fitness training, military combat fitness, and strength and conditioning. Travis is well-equipped to design and implement customised exercise programs that cater to the unique needs and goals of his clients.
Travis holds an honours degree in Exercise Physiology from University of Southern Queensland. His academic background has provided him with a deep understanding of the human body's response to exercise, which allows him to create safe and effective fitness regimens.
Travis has worked with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, individuals with chronic conditions, defence personnel and those looking to improve their overall fitness. Travis has worked with clients with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, cancer, pulmonary, musculoskeletal, cardiac, neurological, renal and mental health concerns. Travis has worked with clients through the DVA, Medicare, NDIS, Workcover, Comcare and private sectors to deliver individual and group sessions. These sessions involved hydrotherapy, gym, telehealth and home-based interventions.

She will work collaboratively with you, providing education and motivation, to empower you and build self-efficacy, allowing you to take control of your health and achieve your goals. She specialises in providing tailored individualised plans, catering for your health history, lifestyle and preferences. She is earnest and genuine, practical, skilled in problem solving and counselling and is outcome orientated. Katja believes in taking a holistic approach to health and nutrition.

Jean has a wealth of experience in the areas of administration, patient care and wellbeing. Jean’s experiences stem from previous employment through large retail businesses and administrative positions all the way through to dual directing an owner operated small business with her husband.
She is a mother, wife and with her family spends most of her time on their property located in the Somerset Region. She has a heart for helping people not only in the area of healthcare but also in her community. Jean enjoys developing young equestrian riders in her local area with her other passion in life being the racing and breeding of harness horses.
